错误状况：
即使有未确定的进账，在途值报表中仍显示负数
原因
这个问题是由于发货状态为'FULLY RECEIVED'的mtl_supply记录为负数所引起的。
这个问题在Oracle开发的Bug 9892932中被提及。
解决方案
使用Oracle支持记录一个datafix请求。提供下列信息：
1. rcv11i output Note 423279.1.
2. select * from rcv_shipment_headers
where shipment_header_id in (SELECT shipment_header_id
FROM mtl_supply WHERE quantity < 0)
3. select * from rcv_shipment_lines
where shipment_line_id in (SELECT shipment_line_id
