Goal
How does the Build Schedule work in Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) on 13.1.2?
Solution
The Build Schedule can be split into building schedules for a warehouse and a store.
The functionality for Build Warehouse schedule is as follows:
For each delivery group assignment, check if the orderable unit (skps) is valid and that we are not past the extended horizon period. If that is good, then check
I. If the delivery group and order group are valid
II. If the day is a valid receipt day
a. if warehouse is schedulable for that day
b. if that day is a valid delivery group and the delivery pattern is true
c. if the orderable unit has an allowable ranging status, is not temporarily unorderable, has a stop receiving date that has not passed and has a receivable release status
d. If the warehouse chamber assignment is populated.
III. If condition I & II passes, then we calculate the lead time. If the order cycle is valid, obtain the order cycle pattern length. Based on the order cycle length, select a pattern (Week1/week2 order cycle pattern etc.) and get the lead time from the selected pattern.
IV. If the lead time is valid and the day is a valid ship date for the order group, then we set the lead time and add the day as an ATP day. If the source is primary, set the primary lead time and save the day as primary ATP day. If the day is in the planning horizon, plannable is set to true. If the source is an alternate and the day is in planning horizon, set the secondary lead time and save the day as a secondary ATP day.
Once all the ATP days have been calculated, if the earliest primary ATP day is not within the planning horizon, no further processing is done. If the alternates as primaries indicator is either EARLIEST or ALL (i.e. not NONE), then look for ATP days from the alternate sources (checked in order of priority). Based on earliest or all, The first one or all the secondary ATP days for the skps that occur before the earliest ATP day from primary source will be added to the ATP days and the lead time will be set to the secondary lead time that was calculated before. Add all the primary ATP days within the planning horizon to the ATP days. If there is a primary ATP day after the planning horizon, add that or (planning horizon+1st) day to ATP days to account for the review time of the last ATP day within the planning horizon. Set the BRT and review time for the skps using the ATP days.
Similar (some conditions may vary) functionality is used to build the Store schedule.

c. 临时订购单位是否有一个允许范围状态,是否拥有没有通过的停止接收数据并且是否拥有一个应收款的发布状态
d. 仓库是否填充过剩
III 如果条件I和II通过,接着我们计算交付周期。如果订单周期有效,获取订单周期的长度。基于订单周期的长度,选择一个模式(比如一周或者两周的订单周期模式),并且从选择的模式中获得交付周期。
IV 交付周期和订单组的交货日期是否有效,如果有效,那么我们设置交付日期并且添加这个日期作为ATP日。如果这个日期在规划周期,计划将被设置为真。如果来源为候补,同时这个日期在规划周期中,设置第二个交付周期并且将这个日期保存为第二个ATP日。
一旦所有的ATP日期都已经计算出来,如果最早的主要ATP日期不在规划周期的范围内,将不会有任何进一步的处理。如果作为主要指示器的候补是最早或者全部的话,那么将会从交替源中寻找ATP日期(为了检查优先权)。基于最早或者全部的日期,从主要来源中,并且发生在最早ATP日之前的skps,它的第一个或者所有的第二个ATP日将被添加到ATP日期终,并且交付周期将被设置成之前计算的第二个交付周期。为ATP日期,在规划周期内,添加所有主要的ATP日期。如果一个主要的ATP日期在规划周期之后,把它加到ATP日期中或者规划周期加上1天用来说明在规划周期内最新ATP日期的检查时间。设置BRT并且使用ATP日期来为skps检查时间。
类似(一些条件可能存在差异)的功能也用于建立商店计划表。
