修改系统参数

/etc/sysctl.conf

增加下面解决

kernel.msgmni = 50
 
kernel.msgmap = 100

sysctl生效

#sysctl -p

这个错误经常遇到，我在liunux安装oracle 后经常遇到。其实最简单的办法用tmloadcf －c 来获得tuxedo的建议参数设置。
