场景： 使用Oracle BISE1建立数据集市，部署过程中注册位置时，在“设计中心”中菜单中选择“控制中心管理器”时出错。

错误： RTC-5260: Failed to connect to Control Center, Please check you have provided the correct Host, user, password and Service Name

解决： 1. Start SQL*Plus, and connect as the OWBREPOS_OWNER database account.

2. Run the script BISE1_HOME/owb/owb/rtp/sql/reset_repository.sql(you will be prompted for the OWBREPOS_OWNER database account password).

3. Run the script BISE1_HOME/owb/owb/rtp/sql/set_repository_password.sql(you will be prompted for the OWBREPOS_OWNER database account password).

4. Run the script BISE1_HOME/owb/owb/rtp/sql/start_service.sql(when the service starts successfully,you will see the status 'Available' displayed).
